3. Research: Conducting applied research, Training, proposal writing, analysis, data collection
4. ERP product (Systems support)
5. Accreditation/stamped/approval: it is a joint consultancy and training service ending by awarding the target organization a certificate of excellence based on the SALI Assessment Model
